Processes View Component

• Processes View is one of the Application access methods used in the system.
• It displays the available Process Flow diagrams and associated Tools ie. reports and other related applications, as well as providing access to the Start Page.
• Clicking an icon in a Process Flow diagram or associated Tool will open that particular screen.

Processes View is available on the MDI Dashboard - Built-In Components.

Launch Pads: this is a list of the Process Flow diagrams to view.

 

Process Flow Diagram Viewer: this displays the currently selected Process Flow diagram. Click on an icon to go to that particular screen.

 

Process Flow Tools: this displays the associated Tools ie. reports and other related applications, for the currently selected Process Flow diagram. Click on an item to go to that particular screen.

How Do I : Load an Application from a Process Flow Diagram

1. Select a Process Flow diagram from the Launch Pads area.
2. Click on an icon in the Process Flow Diagram Viewer panel or an item in the Process Flows Tools area.
